1️⃣ Tell me about yourself.

请简单介绍一下你自己。

回答思路:

外企不想听流水账,而是要一个**“职业版本的你”**:

学历 + 核心经历 + 核心能力 + 求职动机。

案例示范:

I graduated with a major in International Trade.

For the past year, I’ve been working as a marketing assistant in a foreign trade company in Shanghai.

I mainly helped with customer communication and product promotion.

I’m applying for this position because I’d like to work in a more international environment and use English in real business situations.

我国际贸易专业毕业,过去一年在上海一家外贸公司担任市场助理,主要负责客户沟通和产品推广。我希望进入一个更国际化的环境,用英语真正参与到商务场景中。

2️⃣ Why do you want to join our company?

为什么想加入我们公司?

回答思路:

不要说空话,重点是:

1. 看中了什么

2. 和你职业规划的连接

3. 你带来的价值

案例示范:

I’m very impressed by your company’s presence in the Asia-Pacific market, especially in Shanghai.

I believe I can contribute my experience in cross-border communication and also grow with your international team.

我对贵公司在亚太市场,尤其是上海的布局非常认可。我相信我在跨境沟通方面的经验,可以为团队创造价值,同时也和我的职业发展方向匹配。

3️⃣ What are your strengths?

你的优势是什么?

回答思路:

选1~2个优势,必须带具体场景,不要抽象说“我努力”。

案例示范:

My biggest strength is communication.

When I worked on an overseas project, I helped reduce misunderstandings between Chinese and European clients by setting up bilingual meeting notes.

我的最大优势是沟通能力。之前有一个海外项目,我通过双语会议纪要,减少了中欧客户之间的沟通误解。

你的缺点是什么?

回答思路:

说一个真实但非致命的缺点 + 你如何改善。

案例示范:

I used to be quite nervous when speaking English in public.

回答思路:

展示你是有方法的人,而不是靠“扛”。

案例示范:

I usually break tasks into smaller steps and prioritize things.

This really helped me when handling urgent client orders last quarter.

在上海工作,高压是常态,我会把任务拆分并设置优先级,这在处理上季度客户紧急订单时非常有效。

回答思路:

用 STAR 法则:

情境Situation → 任务Task → 行动Action → 结果Result。

案例示范:

A European client once complained about late delivery due to logistics issues.

I coordinated with the warehouse and updated the client daily in English.

Finally, we kept the customer and got a re-order two months later.

有一次欧洲客户因物流问题投诉延迟交货,我负责对接仓库并每天用英文更新客户,最终不仅留住了客户,两个月后还成功再次下单。

回答思路:

说一个清晰方向,而不是要当CEO那种。

回答思路:

用能力场景说话,不用“CET-6高级”空讲。

案例示范:

I’m confident in business communication, especially emails and meetings.

我日常工作中每天都要用英语与海外客户沟通和做演示,在商务邮件和会议沟通方面比较有信心。

回答思路:

重点不是“有没有”,而是你做了什么。

案例示范:

Yes. I handled several clients from Germany and Singapore.

I was responsible for order follow-ups, video calls, and after-sales communication.

有的,我负责过来自德国和新加坡的客户,主要工作是订单跟进、视频会议和售后沟通。
